What You’ll Do:

• Recruit, interview, and screen candidates for industrial and light manufacturing positions

• Develop strong relationships with local job seekers and employers

• Match candidates to open job opportunities based on skills and experience

• Maintain accurate documentation within our applicant tracking system

• Coordinate onboarding, background checks, and pre-employment requirements

• Support client visits, job fairs, and community recruiting events

• Collaborate with internal team members to meet placement and retention goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Prior recruiting, HR, or staffing experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and database systems

• Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for helping others succeed

• Reliable attendance and professionalism
