What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate highlift/forklift equipment safely throughout a refrigerated warehouse

• Load, transport, and organize product for nightly distribution

• Support warehouse flow by accurately staging items and maintaining inventory movement

• Follow safety procedures and maintain organized workspaces

• Work closely with a team to ensure nightly quotas are met

What You Bring

• Previous forklift or highlift experience preferred — but training is available

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for most of the shift

• Comfort working at heights

• Strong attendance and reliability

• Ability to work well with a team and communicate effectively

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

• Must pass background check and drug screening
