Position Summary:
The Production & Content Cleaner plays a key role in helping homeowners and businesses recover after fire, water, mold, or other property damage. This position is responsible for cleaning, restoring, and handling customer belongings with great care, as well as supporting general jobsite duties to ensure successful restoration projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and compassionate toward clients experiencing difficult situations.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Cleaning & Restoration

• Clean, deodorize, and restore personal property items affected by water, fire, smoke, mold, or other damage.

• Use specialized cleaning equipment and products to ensure quality results.

• Pack, inventory, label, and safely transport contents to and from job sites and the warehouse.

• Maintain accurate documentation of restored and non-restorable items.

Jobsite Support

• Assist production technicians with on-site restoration tasks as needed.

• Help maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, equipment, and vehicles.

• Follow safety protocols and industry standards at all times.

Customer Service

• Handle customer belongings with professionalism, empathy, and respect.

• Communicate clearly and courteously with clients and team members.

• Uphold company values and ensure a positive experience for customers.

Qualifications:

• Previous cleaning, restoration, or warehouse experience preferred but not required—training provided.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.

• Physically able to lift and move items of various sizes (up to X lbs).

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.

• Ability to work in environments affected by fire, smoke, water, mold, or debris (with provided protective gear).

• Excellent reliability and teamwork skills.
