Job Title: Sales Hunter – New Business Development

Are you a true hunter?
We’re not looking for account managers, order takers, or professional visitors. This role is for a proactive, driven salesperson who loves the thrill of opening doors, creating opportunities, and winning new business.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the hunt. Your primary mission: identify, engage, and convert new prospects into loyal customers.
• Prospect relentlessly. Cold calls, emails, social outreach, networking—whatever it takes to fill your pipeline.
• Sell solutions, not products. Understand client pain points and position our offerings as the answer.
• Close deals. Move opportunities through the pipeline and celebrate the win.

What We’re NOT Looking For:

• Farmers who want to “manage relationships” and babysit existing accounts.
• People afraid of the phone or allergic to rejection.
• Excuse-makers.
