Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with selecting and renting HVAC and climate control equipment.
• Provide technical guidance on equipment operation and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate delivery, setup, and pickup of HVAC units.
• Maintain accurate rental records and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Support inside sales efforts and build strong customer relationships.
• Perform basic inspections and ensure equipment readiness.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; technical HVAC training preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Previous experience in HVAC systems, rentals, or mechanical services.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Solid computer and administrative skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.

Physical Requirements
