About the Role

Our client is seeking a results-driven HVAC Strategic Sales Manager to lead business development, expand key accounts, and drive revenue growth across our commercial HVAC services portfolio. This pivotal role focuses on building long-term client relationships, identifying market opportunities, and shaping strategic sales plans that align with organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline for high-value commercial HVAC projects.
  • Develop long-term strategic partnerships with commercial clients.
  • Lead presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Track market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and performance reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC sales or mechanical services.
  • Proven success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong negotiation, forecasting, and strategic planning skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC systems.
