Location: Monroe, NC Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour (starting pay)
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team at a residential housing facility in Monroe, NC. The ideal candidate will be HVAC certified and have hands-on experience with general maintenance tasks to ensure the property remains safe, clean, and comfortable for all residents.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility
Handle light plumbing and HVAC maintenance duties
Ensure proper waste removal and maintain clean common areas
Conduct preventative maintenance checks and address issues promptly
Respond to maintenance requests from residents or management in a timely manner
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition
HVAC Certification (required)
Basic plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance knowledge
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Reliable transportation and punctuality
