Senior Maintenance Technician/Overnight Supervisor

Salary: $23.00

Seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to oversee overnight operations and ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient functioning of all facility systems. 

Pay Rate : $23.00 per hour 

Work Schedule : Monday - Friday 7:30AM - 4PM

Key Responsibilities 

• Supervise and support overnight maintenance personnel and ensure all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and safely. 
• Perform skilled maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on building systems including HVAC, light plumbing, light electrical, lighting, and general carpentry. 
• Maintain logs of work order activities, incidents, and repairs for review by management. 
• Monitor and maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and repair materials; report supply needs. 
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, fire safety, and company safety standards. 
• Communicate with day-shift maintenance and management teams to ensure seamless coordination of ongoing projects, repairs and overnight turnovers. 
• Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to overnight maintenance staff. 
• Assist with snow removal, salting, and weather-related property upkeep as needed.

Skills & Experience Required 

• Minimum of 4 years experience in property of facility maintenance 
• Supervisory or lead technician experience preferred 
• Ability to diagnose and repair common apartment upkeep quickly and effectively 
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently during overnight hours 
• Availability for emergency call-ins and overtime as needed 
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and kneeling for extended periods 
• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions and during night hours
