Project Manager/Estimator

Located in Clarksville, NV

Salary: $60,000-65,000

Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager/Estimator. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional looking to contribute to a dynamic organization with long-term growth potential.

 

Pay Rate : $60,000 - $65,000 annually based on experience  

Work Schedule : Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 5:00PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support including submittals, permits, project packets, and other essential documentation
• Assist with developing new processes and support the rollout and adoption of Procore
• Perform construction-related accounting tasks and manage financial and project documents
• Work independently with minimal supervision; able to research and problem-solve as needed
• Communicate daily with clients and vendors for submittals, follow-ups, and project coordination 
• Participate in on-site training during onboarding 

Skills & Experience Required 

• Construction background preferred - 5 years of experience 
• Proactive, organized, and resourceful with strong "figure it out" capabilities 
• General accounting skills and comfort with basic financial processes
• Strong document management abilities with excellent attention to detail 
• Familiarity with construction-related documents and workflows
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel , and preferred experience in ProCore and Adobe PDF tools
• Demonstrated reliability wit the ability to work independently and with minimal direction 

Education Requirements

• Bachelors (Construction Management preferred)
