We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Woodworker to join our production team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants to learn woodworking skills, and is looking for long-term career growth. You will work under experienced carpenters and craftsmen to assist with building, finishing, and assembling wood products in a shop environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with cutting, sanding, shaping, and assembling wood components.

• Operate basic shop tools and equipment such as saws, sanders, drills, and hand tools.

• Measure, mark, and prepare materials according to job specifications.

• Support senior woodworkers with custom builds, installations, and repairs.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace following all safety guidelines.

• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy.

• Load, move, and stage materials and finished goods as needed.

Qualifications

• Interest in woodworking, construction, or craftsmanship.

• Ability to work with basic hand tools and measuring devices.

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and work in a shop environment daily.

• Strong attention to detail and safety.
