Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Perm

Job Summary:
Our client in Mansfield is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to join their production team. This role supports daily manufacturing operations by accurately pulling and assembling materials into kits, delivering components to workstations, and removing finished goods or excess materials. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. No shipping experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull, assemble, and stage materials and components for production

• Deliver parts and kits to designated workstations

• Remove finished goods, scrap, and surplus materials from production lines

• Maintain accurate inventory records and update basic ERP/computer systems

• Label, organize, and store materials following established procedures

• Support production changeovers and material flow

• Keep stockroom and work areas clean and organized in accordance with safety and 6S standards

• Follow all company safety protocols and production guidelines

Qualifications:

• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Basic computer and data entry skills (ERP experience a plus)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting

• No shipping experience required
