Location: Manassas, VA

Schedule: M-F, 7:00 am -6:00 pm [OT possible, if not likely]

Pay: 20.00/hour
Reports To: Installation Supervisor/ Team Lead

Position Summary

The HVAC Installation Support Technician plays a critical role in assisting HVAC installers and ensuring smooth, efficient installation processes. This position involves preparing materials, supporting field teams, and maintaining quality standards to deliver exceptional service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC installers with equipment setup and installation tasks.
• Prepare and organize tools, materials, and components for scheduled jobs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Perform basic assembly, mounting, and connection of HVAC units under supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and vehicles.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job progress.
• Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with clients on-site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC preferred.
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and installation practices.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
