  • 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Monday–Friday)
  • 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Monday–Friday)

Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking motivated candidates for Skilled Laborer in Dry Cast  openings in Stacy, MN. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy physical work, have a strong work ethic, and are looking for a long-term role in a manufacturing environment.

Pay & Schedule

  • Hourly Pay: $24.00
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, two shifts available

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain equipment and work areas, including mixers, pallets, and other tools.
  • Set up cages and prepare forms for production.
  • Read blueprints and perform green cuts accurately.
  • Assist with transportation and placement of concrete forms and molds.
  • Load and unload materials and supplies.
  • Set up forms in the manufacturing process of concrete products.
  • Handle and move heavy construction materials safely.
  • Shovel pits and maintain cleanliness in work areas.

Qualifications

  • Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively.
  • Read and understand blueprints.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skilled in operating industrial forklifts, overhead cranes, and skid steers.
  • Strong work ethic, willingness to work overtime, and ability to take direction well.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Push or pull a cart with 80 pounds of force.
  • Lift and move objects up to 50 pounds frequently.

Additional Details

  • Drug screen required; background check not required.
  • Equipment used: Crane, Forklift, Skid Steer.
  • No travel involved.
