About the Role

Our client, a reputable heating company, is seeking a dedicated Fabrication Associate to join their team. This position offers a consistent Monday–Thursday schedule with four 10-hour shifts—giving you three-day weekends to enjoy time with family!

Position Details

• Start Date: November 6th, 2025
• Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Overtime: Fridays available as needed
• Benefits: No weekend work!

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate fabrication machinery to produce heating system components
• Perform on-demand lifting tasks related to fabrication processes
• Maintain quality standards and safety protocols
• Work collaboratively with production team members
• Follow work orders and technical specifications

Required Qualifications

• Prior heavy machinery operating experience (not just basic operation)
• Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts
• Capability to perform on-demand lifting as required for fabrication work
• Reliable transportation for early morning start time
