Role Overview

The Customer Service Associate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless service experience. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping people.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and shipping policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, billing) to ensure timely solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and escalate feedback to management.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of customer service experience (logistics/shipping industry a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS and CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Pay $16/hr
