About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support a high-volume manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on position requiring strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. The ideal candidate thrives on solving problems, staying proactive, and keeping production moving.
Maintain and repair extrusion presses, conveyors, and support systems.
Troubleshoot and repair motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems both single and three phase.
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and spare parts documentation.
3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or equipment repair.
Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Ability to read technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical industrial environment.
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Work in varying conditions, heat, noise, and industrial settings.
