The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and has 1-2 years of recent Customer Service experience in a call center.

Schedule: Mon-Fri (8am-5pm), 1 hr break

Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the following: 
  • Providing in/outbound telephonic service to members regarding open enrollment process
  • Process outgoing/incoming correspondence including member fulfillment, and mail return
