Express Employment is partnering with a well-established, fast-growing local car wash to add an Interior Detailing Assistant Manager to their leadership team. This is a hands-on, high-energy role for someone who loves keeping things spotless and motivating a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support the interior detailing team on daily operations

• Ensure vehicles receive high-quality interior cleaning and finishing

• Train new detailers on processes, safety, and customer service

• Assist the manager with scheduling, workflow, and inventory

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment

• Step in as a working lead — this role is both supervisory and physical

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in detailing, automotive services, or related supervisory work

• Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to coach, encourage, and hold team members accountable

• Excellent communication and customer-service skills

• Reliable, self-motivated, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift; lift up to 40 lbs
