Salary: Starting at $22/Hour

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Guest services Agent to assist a housing department of an organization. Candidate would be asked to monitor living quarters as to oversee policies are being followed as well as cleaning standards. 

 

Title: Guest Services Agent
Location: Honolulu 
Work Schedule: 12pm-8pm or 3pm-12am (need open availability, Monday-Saturday, 40 hr work week)
Pay Rate: Starting at $22

Qualifications for our Guest Services Agent opportunity:  

•  2 years of front facing customer service experience 
•  High school diploma or equivalent

Job duties include: 

• Monitors general cleaning, pest control services, and inventory checks in facility 
• Assists guests in issues or inquiries as well as mail delivery 
• Ensure outstanding customer service
