Position: Electrical Assembly Technician

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Assembly Technician to assemble, test, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical components and equipment. The ideal candidate will work with wiring, circuit boards, control panels, and various electrical assemblies while ensuring accuracy, safety, and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble electrical components, wiring harnesses, and control panels according to blueprints, schematics, and work instructions

• Perform soldering, crimping, cable routing, labeling, and component installation

• Inspect and test completed assemblies to verify functionality and ensure compliance with specifications

• Troubleshoot electrical issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs

• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and layout diagrams

• Maintain accurate production records and documentation

• Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and industry standards

• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and team members to resolve technical issues

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Support additional production tasks and projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience in electrical assembly, wiring, or related technical field

• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams

• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions

• Understanding of basic electrical principles and safety procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus
