Salary: $18.00+hr

Location: Hodgkins, IL
Pay:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | $18.00/hr

• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM | $18.50/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure job tickets match product and quantities allocated

• Supervise team performance and assist with task assignments

• Cross-train team members and rotate tasks every 2 hours

• Partner with Floor Leads to coach and develop team members

• Oversee metal detector function and proper documentation

• Monitor production goals and complete hourly paperwork

• Log quality checks and downtime using Redzone software

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED

• 3–5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment

• Flexibility for overtime as needed

• Strong communication and coaching skills
