Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Marrying Rail Associate to join our suit shop team in Bossier City. This position is responsible for organizing, matching, and preparing garments on the marrying rail to ensure accuracy and efficiency for production and customer orders. The ideal candidate is organized, fast-paced, and has a strong eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Match suit jackets, pants, vests, and accessories according to order specifications

• Organize garments on the marrying rail and prepare them for pressing, alterations, or packaging

• Verify item numbers, sizes, and colors to ensure accuracy

• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow store workflow procedures

• Assist with garment movement between departments as needed

• Follow all company safety and quality guidelines

• Support other production or sorting tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods and move garments throughout the shift

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

• Basic organizational skills; previous garment or warehouse experience a plus

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
