CDL Driver – McMinnville, TN
Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced and safety-focused CDL Driver to join a team in McMinnville, TN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting materials and equipment safely and efficiently while representing the company in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate commercial vehicles with manual (stick shift) transmission
Safely transport materials, equipment, or products to designated locations
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections in compliance with DOT regulations
Maintain accurate driver logs, delivery paperwork, and documentation
Ensure proper loading, securing, and unloading of cargo
Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly
Comply with all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures
Requirements:
Valid CDL A License
Must be able to drive a manual (stick shift) truck
Clean MVR with a strong safety record
Current DOT Medical/Health Card
Ability to lift and maneuver materials as needed
Strong communication skills and dependable work ethic
Previous CDL driving experience required
