This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who understands technical products, enjoys managing the full sales cycle, and is motivated by both salary and commission.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and manage sales of idle and used industrial equipment to end users

• Handle existing and new customer accounts from first inquiry through closing

• Build and maintain your own lead pipeline through research, outreach, and networking

• Use the company’s extensive equipment database and customer service system to support sales activity

• Communicate with clients professionally and consistently to maintain long-term relationships

• Work with minimal travel requirements; some remote flexibility is available

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10 years of experience in technical sales (industrial, engineering, machinery, or related fields preferred)

• Strong communication skills—both over the phone and in writing

• Proactive approach to sourcing new business and developing leads

• Ability to understand technical product details and explain them to customers

• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing your own book of business
