About the Role

Join a respected industry leader! We’re seeking five motivated Downhole Tool Assistants to support our field operations in Carlsbad, NM. As a vital member of our team, you’ll work hands-on with experienced supervisors and field representatives, assisting with the handling, maintenance, and delivery of setting tools essential for oilfield operations.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with customer field representatives to coordinate, pick up, and deliver Setting Tools to active field sites
Wash, tear down, and rebuild Setting Tools following strict work instructions under direct supervision
Assist with loading, unloading, delivery, and pickup of tools as needed
Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor

What We’re Looking For

Downhole tool experience (required)
Forklift certification/training
Proficiency with basic hand tools
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset

Pay & Benefits

$18–$20/hr DOE
Weekly pay
40+ hours per week (overtime potential)
