We’re looking for a Machine Operator to join our team in Rock Hill. Whether you’re just starting out or have some experience under your belt, this role offers room to grow and learn. You’ll be working with a variety of machines and tools to help produce high-quality products that our customers rely on.

 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operating and monitoring production machinery
• Performing quality checks to ensure products meet standards
• Handling machine setups, changeovers, and adjustments
• Working with equipment like logging saws, embossers, perforators, and gluing systems
• Preparing new rolls and managing line layouts
• Troubleshooting mechanical issues and minimizing waste
• Keeping your work area clean, safe, and organized

What We’re Looking For In A Machine Operator:

• Mechanical and mathematical aptitude
• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus
• Familiarity with quality control processes
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
• A problem-solver who’s not afraid to get hands-on
