Blender/Mixer Operator

6:00AM-2:30PM  $18.50

2:00PM-10:30PM $19.00

 

 

 

 Responsibilities Include: 

 

  • Inspects product to verify conformance to customer specifications, including proper application of ingredients/material.
  • Records all ingredients received and used during each shift.
  • Measure and blend ingredients according to batch sheet instructions and monitor blending process.
  • Operates auxiliary equipment associated with the operations of the machine including but not limited to weigh scales, conveyor systems, etc
  • Ensures blender is maintained in a sanitary condition.
  • Recommends measures to improve methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
  • Analyzes production problems and assists team members in solving them.
  • Maintains process control paperwork
  • Ensure test pieces are fed through metal detector per SOP frequency.
  • Ability to make weight adjustments on filler/Control seal bar temperature / dwell time and pressure
  • Ensure product is being fed through metal detector. Ensure test pieces are fed through metal detector per SOP frequency.

Requirements:

  • 3 -5 years of Machine Operator experience. 
  • Must be flexible open to working weekends or long hours
  • Must have previous experience food manufacturing
  • Must know how to operate machinery
