The Inside Sales Representative will support daily sales activities, customer outreach, and order processing while maintaining a professional appearance for occasional client meetings. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. The ideal candidate is motivated, organized, and excited about earning additional income through performance-based commissions and bonuses.

 

Responsibilities

• Conduct inside sales activities including phone outreach, email communication, quotes, and order entry.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while presenting a professional demeanor.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing.

• Track daily progress, participate in sales competitions, and meet or exceed monthly targets.

• Maintain accurate documentation and follow company procedures.

• Represent the company professionally at client meetings or events with leadership.

• Support a positive team environment and contribute to overall sales goals.

 

Compensation

• Base Salary: $60,000 per year (processed through agency, no additional hourly add-on)

• Commission:

  • $30 per order up to 100 orders per month

  • $40 per order after 101 orders per month

  • Paid monthly at the beginning of the month directly by the client

• Performance Bonus:

  • Monthly bonus opportunities based on sales performance

  • Paid directly by the client at the beginning of each month
