Job Title: Entry-Level CNC Programmer / Machinist

Location: Rock Hill, SC 
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM

PAY: $20.00/hr to $23.00/hr 

Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level CNC Programmer/Machinist to join our team. This position offers hands-on training and growth opportunities for individuals with basic machining experience and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC Mills and Lathes, including multi-axis machines with live and rotary tooling.
• Perform setups, editing, and programming tasks.
• Work with Mastercam, CAD software, Semi-Tron, and Fusion 360.
• Program and operate Haas and Fanuc controls.
• Assist in producing precision parts and maintaining quality standards.
• Understand machine operations and troubleshoot as needed.

Qualifications:

• Some machining experience and knowledge of lathes and mills.
• Familiarity with CNC programming concepts; experience with 5-axis machining is a plus.
• Good math skills and ability to read technical drawings.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and driven to meet production goals.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with multi-axis lathes, live tooling, and rotary tooling.
• Milling experience is a plus.
