Maintenance Helper

Located in Tampa, FL

Salary: 16.75

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a high rise condo in Tampa area. We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Helper on Part-Time basis.

 

Job Duties:

• General upkeep of grounds and common areas.
• Sweep, touch up paint, pressure wash sidewalks.
• Clean up debris, pickup trash. 

 

Requirements:

• Previous Maintenance Experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoor and in hot environment 
• Able to stand long period of time.
• Light lifting, ability to stand for long periods of time

 

Hours:

Monday-Thursday
6:00 am to 12:00 pm
