e are seeking experience Finisher Operators in Aurora paying $19+/hr on 2nd or 3rd shift - Must train on 1st!

Responsibilities include setting up and operating various fabricating equipment, often in the manufacturing of rubber or plastic products, and performing quality control to ensure finished products meet standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of rubber or plastics manufacturing a plus
• Ability to read production specs, work orders, and measurement tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
