In this role, you’ll manage the return process from start to finish — handling customer requests, coordinating authorizations, tracking shipments, and ensuring every product is inspected and processed accurately. What You’ll Do:

• Process and track Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) with accuracy and efficiency

• Communicate with customers regarding return requests, authorizations, and resolutions

• Receive, inspect, and evaluate returned products to identify defects or quality issues

• Maintain detailed records of all RMA activities using internal systems

• Collaborate with warehouse, quality, and customer service teams to ensure smooth reverse logistics operations

• Help improve product quality and customer satisfaction through careful documentation and feedback

What You Bring:

• 1+ year of experience working with computers, electronics, or in a returns/RMA-related role

• Retail, office, or warehouse experience preferred

• Strong computer and data entry skills; comfortable using tracking systems and spreadsheets

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
