Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative
Location: Duncan, SC
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

 

An established and reputable company in the Duncan area is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions, orders, and product information

• Utilize company ERP system to enter orders, update customer records, and process requests accurately

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Communicate effectively with internal team members to ensure accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction

• Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s product catalog and be able to learn new items quickly

• Provide exceptional customer service with a focus on building and maintaining strong customer relationships

• Support general office and sales-related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous inside sales or customer service experience required

• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written

• Ability to learn product information quickly and confidently discuss solutions with customers

• Proficiency using computers; experience with ERP systems is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong customer focus
