Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate for a respected food production company in Lake Mills, IA. If you have strong attention to detail, previous shipping/receiving experience, and enjoy working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment — this is a great opportunity to join a team that values quality and reliability.

What You’ll Do:

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently

• Read and interpret lot codes and order sheets

• Verify, count, record, and report inventory accurately

• Organize picking lists and finished goods for shipment

• Check in and document incoming shipments

• Notify purchasing of low inventory for timely restocking

• Maintain order and cleanliness in dry storage, freezer, and cooler dock areas

• Assist in general production tasks as needed

• 2+ years of shipping/receiving or warehouse experience

• Ability to accurately read and record lot codes and product counts

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Excellent attendance and reliability

• Comfortable working in varied temperature environments

• Team-oriented and dependable work ethic
