Facility Maintenance WorkerLocation: South Padre Island, TX Pay: $12/hr
Job Summary:We are seeking a dependable Facility Maintenance Worker to support daily maintenance tasks at our South Padre Island location. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and comfortable traveling to the job site.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine facility maintenance including minor repairs, cleaning, and upkeep
Assist with painting, basic plumbing, and general building maintenance
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, restrooms, and common spaces
Follow safety guidelines and report any hazards or needed repairs
Support special projects and additional tasks as assigned
Travel to and from South Padre Island worksite as needed
Requirements:
Previous maintenance or experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
Reliable transportation and willingness to drive to South Padre Island
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Schedule:Full-time, Monday–Friday (with occasional weekend availability as needed)
