Location: Cleveland, TN
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $20/hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Carpenter Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with caulking, measuring, and cutting, as well as general carpentry support. This role involves assisting lead carpenters on various projects to ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

• Assist carpenters with day-to-day tasks on job sites

• Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to specifications

• Apply caulking, sealants, and adhesives with precision and care

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Load, unload, and move materials or tools as needed

• Follow instructions and safety guidelines at all times

• Support in the installation, assembly, or repair of wood structures and fixtures

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a carpenter helper or similar role

• Strong skills in caulking, measuring, and cutting

• Ability to read measurements accurately and use hand/power tools safely

• Reliable transportation to and from job sites

• Good work ethic and attention to detail

• Must be punctual and able to work full shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
