Are you someone who loves working with your hands and thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re hiring a Batching/Formulating Technician for a growing company that values reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.
Mix and formulate materials according to precise specifications
Operate batching equipment and follow safety protocols
Collaborate with production teams to meet daily goals
Keep work areas clean and organized
Experience in commercial baking, roofing, paint manufacturing, or similar hands-on industries
Comfortable with physical work and attention to detail
Willingness to learn—training is provided!
