Grounds Maintenance Team Member – Local School District
Pay: BOE | Schedule: Year-Round, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | Type: Contract-to-Hire

Join a school district team that takes pride in maintaining safe, welcoming, and well-kept grounds for students, staff, and the community. We’re looking for a Grounds Maintenance Team Member with in-ground irrigation experience to help care for school properties year-round.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, planting, and general upkeep of outdoor areas
• Handle snow removal and ice management during the winter season
• Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment
• Assist with special projects as needed to keep facilities in excellent condition

What We’re Looking For:

• General landscaping and mowing experience 
• Snowplowing experience
• Outdoor IN-GROUND irrigation experience strongly preferred 
• Ability to safely operate equipment and tools
• Dependable, hardworking, and a team player
