We are seeking skilled Deburr Operators to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for removing burrs, sharp edges, and excess material from metal or plastic parts to ensure quality, precision, and safety. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate deburring machines or hand tools to remove burrs, sharp edges, and excess material from parts.

• Inspect finished parts for quality and ensure they meet specifications.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper handling and storage of tools and materials.

• Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

• Document work performed, including production counts and any issues encountered.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain workflow efficiency.

• Report equipment malfunctions or quality concerns to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous experience in deburring, machining, or manufacturing environments is a plus.

• Ability to read and understand work instructions and blueprints.

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [X] lbs as needed.
