Key Responsibilities

• Operate sandblasting equipment to clean, smooth, or prepare surfaces for painting, coating, or assembly

• Inspect and prepare workpieces to ensure proper surface treatment

• Follow safety protocols, including use of protective gear and adherence to company standards

• Maintain equipment by performing routine checks and reporting issues

• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards

• Handle materials safely and efficiently in accordance with company procedures

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow instructions, including safety guidelines and work orders

• Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift

• Attention to detail to ensure quality finishes

• Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE
