Position Summary:

The Logistics & Data Coordinator plays a key role in supporting warehouse operations through data management, documentation, and communication. While the role is connected to logistics and inventory, it is primarily computer-based and less physically demanding than traditional warehouse positions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in Excel, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain import/export records for duty drawback recovery
• Communicate with freight forwarders to obtain Proof of Export
• Organize and analyze shipment data using Microsoft Excel
• Prepare and maintain documentation folders for compliance
• Support warehouse staff with data entry and shipping confirmations
• Respond to email inquiries regarding shipment status
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize logistics workflows

Required Skills & Abilities:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data organization)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to gather and synthesize data from multiple sources
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Dependability and accountability in task execution
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or data coordination preferred
• Experience with Excel and data reporting required

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs occasionally
• Comfortable navigating both office and warehouse environments
