About the Opportunity

Join a dynamic nonprofit team as a Development Associate and help drive fundraising success. This role supports donor relations, event planning, and campaign management. Ideal for candidates passionate about the arts and experienced in development or fundraising. You’ll play a key role in organizing donor events, managing communications, and maintaining accurate donor records.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and executing fundraising and donor events
  • Coordinate silent and live auctions, raffles, and donor recognition activities
  • Prepare donor communications, including acknowledgements and renewal letters
  • Support annual fundraising campaigns and donor engagement initiatives
  • Maintain donor databases and prospect research tools

Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising, development, or event planning preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; donor database experience a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Passion for nonprofit work and the arts
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
