This position is ideal for candidates who are mechanically inclined and have hands-on experience operating, setting up, and troubleshooting automated packaging machines.

 

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and adjust automated packaging machinery according to production specifications
• Monitor and maintain efficient production flow while ensuring product quality and safety standards
• Perform machine changeovers, setups, and tear downs as required
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment
• Adhere to all food safety, GMP, and manufacturing standards
• Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety policies
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating automated packaging machinery (required)
• Experience with machine setup, changeover, and troubleshooting (required)
• Prior experience in food or beverage manufacturing (preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Must be able to work independently and in a fast-paced production environment
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends when needed
