Duties:

• Perform thru-hole soldering on sub-assembly PCBs with a high level of precision and quality.
• Follow detailed work instructions, schematics, and assembly drawings to complete builds accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct post-solder inspection and touch-up work on PCB assemblies to ensure all components meet quality standards.
• Assemble finished goods using a variety of hand tools, fixtures, and mechanical/electrical components.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety and quality protocols.
• Provide backup support for SMT operations, including setting up, operating, and troubleshooting SMT equipment when the primary SMT operator is unavailable.
• Work independently to complete assigned tasks, manage workflow, and meet production schedules.
• Collaborate with the production team and supervisors to identify process improvements and resolve assembly issues.

What we look for…

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Hands-on experience with thru-hole soldering.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, schematics, and assembly drawings.
• Experience performing post-solder inspection and touch-up on PCB assemblies.
• Basic experience operating or supporting SMT equipment (ability to cover for SMT operator when needed).
• Comfortable assembling small mechanical and electrical components using hand tools.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
