RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on mechanical equipment such as, pumps, compressors, conveyors, and other machinery.

• Investigate equipment failures and diagnose root causes to prevent recurrence.

• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and records.

• Conduct facility inspections to identify issues related to safety, efficiency, or building integrity.

• Assist with general building maintenance including carpentry, painting, and minor repairs.

• Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing systems, including routine inspections and replacement of worn components.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

• Physical ability to lift up to 50+ lbs, and perform work in various environments
