2nd Shift- TK - Air Tool Maintenance Technician

Salary: $25.62/hour

Job Description:

This role entails repairing and certifying plant torque control equipment, including various tools. It involves using Datamyte software for statistical control and troubleshooting torque processes on the shop floor. The position requires interaction at all levels to ensure proper torque procedures and assistance in Quality hold rework when needed.

 

Starting Pay: $24.27/hour (2nd & 3rd Shift $1.35/hour premium)

1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6AM-2:30PM

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:30PM-11PM 

3rd Shift: Sunday Night-Thursday Night, 10:30PM-7AM

    *All shifts train on 1st shift, 6:30AM-3PM, for approximately 4 weeks

 

Job Duties:

• Maintain pneumatic air and electric tooling
• Perform torque tool calibration checks
• Maintain air hose reels, RFL units
• Monitor and maintain repair part inventory
• Training of new employees into the area

Job Requirements: 

• Knowledge of the assembly processes
• Basic SPC, fundamental knowledge of hydraulics
• Strong computer systems skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Basic print reading
• Good math skills
• Fundamental knowledge of air, electric and hydraulic tool operation
