Multiple clients seeking an experienced Welder to join their team. Our clients manufacture precision mechanical parts for the defense industries, and they are looking for dependable welding professionals with strong technical ability and a solid understanding of quality standards in metal fabrication.  Certification a huge plus!

Key Responsibilities

• Perform fixture setup and weld precision-manufactured parts and sheet-metal assemblies
• Efficiently set up, run, and weld parts, components, and enclosures
• Weld a variety of alloys using MIG, TIG, and Spot Welding techniques
• Build fixtures and work accurately within tight tolerances
• Interpret and work from CAD drawings, blueprints, and technical schematics
• Maintain an organized work area and operate multiple weld machines as needed
• Collaborate with team members to complete production tasks

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on welding experience in a machine shop environment
• Proven proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Spot Welding
• Ability to fabricate or modify fixtures and work with close tolerances
• Comfortable reading and interpreting CAD drawings and technical documents
• Familiarity with a wide range of machine shop equipment
• Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
• Clean background; Driver's License
