Position Title: Warehouse Associate
Reports To: Department Assistant Manager

Summary:

The Warehouse Associate supports the accurate and safe flow of inventory by performing daily warehouse operations such as receiving, picking, packing, storing, and shipping products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, pick, pack, and ship products following standard procedures.

• Inspect items for damage and report issues.

• Accurately label and organize merchandise.

• Assist with training new team members when needed.

• Support additional warehouse duties as required.

Qualifications:

• 0–3 years of warehouse or retail experience preferred; high school diploma or GED a plus.

• Must be 18+ and fluent in English.

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and time management.

• Adaptable, self-motivated, and a team player.

• Clear communication skills and safety awareness.

Work Environment:

• Active, non-temperature-controlled warehouse setting.

• Frequent lifting (up to 40 lbs) and physical activity required.

Schedule:

• Full-time; typical shifts include Mon–Fri (6:00 AM–2:30 PM) or Mon–Thurs (5:00 AM–3:30 PM).

• May include weekends, evenings, or overtime as needed.
