Schedule: Willing to be flexible with hours and willing to work Week days and Weekends. (Rotating Shifts) Over time available. 

 

Job Description:
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Restaurant Cashier for a well-established Mexican restaurant in Edinburg, TX. This role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to handle transactions accurately, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service

• Operate and navigate the cash register

• Handle payments and process orders accurately

• Upsell menu items when appropriate

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, clean tables as needed

• Follow safety and sanitation standards

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish

• Strong customer service skills

• Previous cashier experience preferred/ability to operate cashiers

• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekdays, weekends, and overtime as needed
