Training on Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
After training, shift moves to Second Shift: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–12:00 AM
Job Summary:Express is seeking a skilled Cutter Operator to join a leading printing company. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in printing and bindery operations and demonstrated mechanical aptitude. This role requires operating cutting equipment, following production specifications, and ensuring all finished products meet quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and maintain cutter/bindery equipment
Review job tickets and ensure accuracy of cuts and materials
Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic adjustments
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Meet production deadlines and quality requirements
Qualifications:
Previous printing/bindery experience required
Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment quickly
Ability to train on first shift before transitioning to second shift
Reliable and punctual work ethic
