Perfect Bind Line Operator (Training on Day Shift, Move to Night Shift)
Location: Odenton, MD

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Perfect Bind Line Operator for a well-established printing company in Odenton, MD.

This position will begin training on day shift (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM). After training is successfully completed, the employee will transition to night shift as a full-time operator.

Job Responsibilities:

• Train to operate a large perfect bind production line

• Set up, run, and monitor manufacturing equipment

• Ensure product quality and accuracy throughout production runs

• Perform basic troubleshooting and make mechanical adjustments as needed

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow safety and production procedures

Qualifications:

• Experience operating a manufacturing production line

• Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting skills

• Detail-oriented and quality-focused

• Dependable with strong attendance

• Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced production environment
